Michael F. Morrow M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Morrow graduated cum laude from Mercer University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Chemistry and English, and he received his MD from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997. He completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida in Internal Medicine in 2000 and achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine the same year. He remained at the University of South Florida for his Cardiology fellowship which he finished in 2003. His last year of residency he served as Chief resident in Internal Medicine, and he also served as Chief Cardiology fellow his last year of Cardiology fellowship.
In 2003 Dr. Morrow joined the Cardiovascular Institute of Northwest Florida. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, and he is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology. His areas of expertise are clinical Cardiology including non-invasive and invasive Cardiology with a special interest in cardiac valvular disorders.
Dr. Morrow feels fortunate to have been married to his college sweetheart for more than seventeen years. They have been blessed with two outstanding children, a son who loves running and tennis, and a daughter who dearly loves all seven of the animals that share the Morrow home.
